Hello,
I bought the Sapphire BF4 edition for a mates budget build. When researching I saw that every review I looked at all said that due to the 1x PCI-E 6 pin you can't get enough power for a good OC but with a few adjustments can get it to match the 270X core speed of 1050.
I only had limited time when I put his PC together to have a go, I used afterburner as its what i've used for my 7850 and then my 7950's. However, I only seem to be able to increase the power limit to +20 and thats it, so I upped the clock to 1050 into BF4, after few mins crash. Decided to leave it there as didn't have the time but will be taking another look this week.
Have I missed a setting somewhere to allow more power? I know no OC is guaranteed but EVERY review hit 1050 Core so think it must be me.
Any help appreciated.
