Apparently AMD will simply not supply the CPU microcode so it wont be possible for mobo manufactures to create compatible Zen 3 bioses even if they wanted to.

that could be found in the bios of the newer boards?
a place like tweektown will have a go?

but ever way this is big finger to the people that got b450 with the intention to upgrade latter, i always say buy for now not for latter.

I dont think mobo manufactures ever want to spend time adding CPU microcode to old products. They only did with B350 and X370 because AMD twisted their arm and told them to.
