2700k BX80623I72700K best overclockers?

Seem to go for more money is that because they overclock so well?

No, the only difference between 2600k and 2700k is the 2700k doesn't have integrated graphics and has 100mhz high clock out the box.

Hyperthreading is basically like fooling the pc into thinking it has more cores than it really has. Virtual cores if you want. 4 cores and 4 threads acts like 8 cores.

The 2700k does have an iGPU.

It was just released a year or so after the 2600k with an increased clock speed so people presume it will overclock higher.

Personally both my 2600k and 2700k clocked the same.
