2700x temps

Hi,

Are my temps too high?

2700x stock speeds with stock cooler.

Running aida64 and max temp was 88.8 tdie and 98.8 tctl

Tried to overclocking it to 4000hz at 1.27v and was stable but temps were going right up to the 90s and would have gone to 100 I think if I hadn't have stopped aid

Normal? Is the stock cooler that bad?

It's in a kolink Observatory case. 3 intake fans at the front and 1 exhaust fan at the back.

I am using TG Kryonaut paste too so definitely would have thought it would be better than this

Gets to the temps in seconds. Aida64 I'm.using stress cpu and fpu and also prime95 gets the temps that high in seconds too

I'm going to reseat it now. The case is crap. Can't control the fan speed and also the fans are useless.

Anybody recommend a decent case for airflow around the same cost as this?

Yeah but then the fans are there to touch. Have young kids so can't have it like that .

Thanks for that but just ordered a fractal meshify c case and a fractal s36 cooler now

Actually cancelled the case as can't fit the 360mm rad in with the graphics card lol

Bought a Phanteks Enthoo M and its awesome .That combined with the fractal s36 has dropped the temps to 25 idle and 65 maxed out on Aida with CPU and fpu stress
