270X with BattleField4 ? So where is it?

Hi i bought an "AMD Radeon sapphire Dual-X R9 270X", the past month (got dispatched on the 8th Dec) and I think, I mistakenly deleted the emails that I think held the game's (Battlefield 4) code, the order number too and so i haven't got the game or the invoice just the graphics card (but i do have the invoice of the name of the product and price , that says it comes with BF4, printed). Has anyone else had this before...and I have installed the Graphics card into my computer but my computer doesn't seem to be picking it up, anybody know why?:confused:
 
It should be in your purchase history if bought from OC. In there you will have an order number. Post in Customer services and i'm sure 5UB or someone will sort you out.
