28 Years Later Trilogy

This movie has been rumoured for a while but it looks like it may be finally getting some traction. It has been posted by the Hollywood Reporter that this movie is in development. Danny Boyle and Alex Garland will be back to work on this and possibly trilogy of sequels. I hope its true, its been one of my favourite movies in this genre.

The next movie was always going to be rumoured 28 months later to continue the sequence but I think since it has been 20 odd years later from the original and this could be start of a new trilogy they opted with a new start.

I'd be surprised if you haven't. Just rewatching both of them now. Still decent despite their age.

Looks like Cillian Murphy will be back as Jim and Aaron Taylor-Johnson joins the cast with Ralph Fiennes. Can't wait.

28 days later is one of my all time favourites! Remember seeing it in the cinema all those years ago (pretty sure I was actually 18…). Can’t wait!

Edit - don’t think I’ve seen the original since the pandemic. Might give it even more of an edge!!

Looks like this is going to be a series of movies. Perhaps a trilogy. First movie wrapped up but the second will start soon. That's sounds pretty intriguing and ambitious.

Great trailer. What's the poem? I think the Rotten Tomatoes video had terrible audio.. sounded muffled?

No i think its was intentional. No idea where its from but sounds like its from the 40s or 50s?
