Basically im looking at buying Deux Ex anyways so for the same of 80 odd quid, is it a worthy upgrade of my current 280 GTX?
 
well depends on the game...Ive just upgraded to quad core tbh so atm ive just tested TF2. That handles 1920 x 1080 perfectly smooth.

So ideally 1920 x 1080?

i7 960 @ 3.2Ghz
12GB ram
280GTX
