280x crossfire

depends on your case and ventilation, but from compatibility point of view, no.

also, are you sure your MB supports CF? what's your PSU?

Coolermaster test bench,My motherboard does support cf also sli,My psu should be fine its a OCZ 850w gold.

My bad, wrong tab but i will answer you anyway.

Shouldnt be any problems though the direct CU will clock down to the MSI speeds. Not a big deal, as i doubt you will notice the difference and the cards will be more than enough for single monitor even at stock.

Providing you have a gap between the cards on your mobo and you have good airflow you should be fine, non ref cards run cooler but they dump a lot of heat into your case.

It won't clock down.
Crossfire works with cards running at different speeds without a problem

My 5870's will only work at two different clocks if i use them independently, ie in mining. Outside of CGminer .bat file, i cant clock them differently, both are running reference despite one of them being factory clocked at 875. Maybe MSI AB doesnt like them.
