29” ultra wide or 34” ultra wide

Hi

looking for a new monitor, currently have a gtx970 using on a 28” wide monitor

I’ve seen a lot of comments about running 1080p on 34” Ultrawide looks bad

what are your guys thoughts, regarding this, not really interested in upgrading graphics card so will be running at 1080p

You can notice the pixels in windows desktop with a large 1080p screen and it took me a bit to get use to after having a 28" 1920x1200 screen to a 27" 1920x1080 screen, as the pixels did annoy me. But now with a 3840x1080 ultra wide(same size as my 27" but with wings, hehe) the pixels dont bother me at all and I dont need a super powerful pc to run it. Plus text in windows is a nice size too.
