290 crossfire or 980?

Hi, i currently own a r9 290 tri-x and was wondering if the better option was to sell it and buy a gtx 980, or buy another tri-x for crossfire.

What is the rest of your system and does your case have good airflow?

No point in selling to move to a 980 unless you have money to throw away. Go crossfire if your psu and case will allow it.

if your PSU can handle a 2nd Tri-x, I would add a 2nd, and save money.
