Not read all replies but could potentially be an unstable cpu overclock. Try stock if you haven't already. BCLK specifically

Here is mine, odd thing is that it doesn't show VRAM.
With DirectX I get CPU and GPU spikes, with Mantle only CPU spikes. Additionally if I have HT off I get 100% CPU utilisation, with HT on I get 25-40% and one of the HTs is maxed.
I have tried:
- 1, 2 or 3 cards
- Resolutions
- Graphics levels
- Drivers
- Fresh reinstalls
- RAM
- SDD
- Over and under clocks
This call started 2ish weeks ago and before that the same setup was fine.
I had stutter in BF4 after the last patch.. i just deleted the user.cfg file.. ran BF4 without the cfg file (it ran smooth again) then closed the game and added a new config file with the same commands and now its running smooth again with the cfg file
Also had to do this myself before. My user.cfg got corrupted and loads of weird stuff got added to it lol. Made it read only since then.
I get a stutter in bf4 when using msi afterburner. Change the update frequency in the monitor tab to 60000 and it goes away every time. Go figure.....
I find setting the monitoring to 2000 (2 seconds) does the job for me. What OS are you using?
Which setting is this labeled as mate?Windows 8.1. Anything less than 20000 (20secs) shows the problem. I just put it at 60000 as it takes it out of the equation and I use other monitor programs so don't need it...
