How do you find your 2900xt's are overclocking? How do you actually test for stability?
I'm asking 'cos my card does 850 / 990 mhz and runs 3dmark06 artifact free. Played a few games too fine without issues (the card does reach 97C though
!!!)
However once i fire up the Whiteout demo i get sparklies all over the place (and occasional crashes). the demo doesn't get the card as hot but produces artifacts.
Has anyone else tested their overclocks with the whiteout demo?
Oh and is it ok for a card to run so hot?
