Hi guys , wasnt sure where to post this but i redemed my code and all i get is Your EA Origin® Product Code -Currently Not Available, and an email saying :-

"Unfortunately we are unable to process your Battlefield 4 – EA Origin Download game code at this time. We will email you as soon as the Battlefield 4 – EA Origin Download game code is available. We appreciate your patience as we resolve this issue"

I have emailed their support but get no reply other than the usual automated mail.

Is anyone else having this issue ?
