Usually cards are availible on the release day, but let see. im hopping they are nearer 400 if we are lucky.

what other cards are out on 8th, i havent followed new gpu's for a few months, are there any others? any that will be priced medium level and beat the 4850 or 4870? as i'm building a pc for someone in a week and we will be ordering a 4850 for just over £120 for the hdmi version but if nvidia release a better card for the same money he'll want 1 of those.
