im currently using 2gb team xtreem ddr2 6400c4, im gonna upgrade from xp to vista home premium 64 bit retail, and ive finally found a 2x1gb kit of the memory im currently using, will 4x 1gb sticks be ok in a 680i mobo, or would i bebetter of changing to 2x2gb, thanks in advance

I'm not sure but i don't think 2gb sticks o/c very well, i think you would be better off with 4x1gb sticks rather than 2x2gb. Try searching thr forum, there are probably people with your board and 4g who could give you good advice.
