2gb or 1

The ram i got atm is in my signature, im not going ot overclock it and havent got it clocked at the moment.

I have recently aquired 1gb geil value ram ddr400 cl2.5

worth putting it in to have 2gb cos i will have to run it at 2t whereas i got my 1gb on 1t

even at 2T 2gig is worth it.

using BF2 for an example, it wont run in full detail even if you have an X1900XTX unless youve got 2 gig. many modern games are quite similar, i.e. FEAR, Oblivion, ect ect.

Like locutas said. The real world difference between 1t and 2t is small. Go for the 2GB for sure

Even from basic usage, you will see a significant improvement in performance when using 2GB RAM. It's definately worth getting 2GB.

other than try to match the timings + frequencys, not really no.
