2Gb to 4Gb Question

hi,

I need upgrading to 4gb of ram and have seen this OCZ RAM on sale this week, i have a ASUS P5B Deluxe mobo with a e6600 at the moment. im just troubled to whether or not these are the best set to get for the money. If there are a better pair then please advise

Also quick Question, have read lots of topics but i owe a 32bit oem copy of vista, if i borrow my friends 64bit oem copy and use my cd key will it work? i know i might have to phone to activate it but is it legal?

saw a review on that ram, good ram.
the g kill ram @ same specs speed. has been getting great reviews, (But out of stock @ OC)

On Vista, That wont work as OEM OS is tyed to the motherboard of your friends.

oh, i thought my cd key would be tyed to my mobo so if i use my cd key it shouldnt be problem, i was going to install 64bit vista from his dvd and run the 30 day trial then activate it . . . . not going to work then ?
