£2k build please

What would you recommends for ~£2000 to deal with the following..

Gaming PC - GTA V + future proofing.
Res - 1440
Streaming - Yes

Need the build to include 2 monitors please but DONT need OS, KB, Mouse.

I guess just one if it means I can get a better PC overall. Can't see myself using a duel gaming setup just more so i can stream and browse on 1 while playing on the other.

Thank stulid! I am torn between them now! how do you feel the monitor compares to the ROG swift? I know this blows the busget but never know how far a ~ goes
