Greetings, BT have recently installed a new 2Mb leased line into our premises, the CPE they have provided us with has both G703 BNC/RJ45 and X.21 connections.

Can i ask if it ok to use any one of these three connections to hook into our router? or do you have to use one particular interface such as the X.21 presentation.

Normally <in my experience> BT will ask you to provide them with whatever presentation you require (BNC/X21/G.703) even though i've never really touched them or been around when they've been installed, i've overheard many conversations when BT have not told installation engineers, and they've tried G7.03 converters/all sorts to get it working..
I'd contact BT, and have them check the jumpering to make sure its set to whichever one you need, X.21 I presume?
