2nd 360 Controller not being recognised and flashing (wireless)

Hi guys, got 1 wired controller in the 360 usb first port and a wireless controller, and the wireless isnt recognised bythe 360 and its middle button is flashing green.

Any ideas?

Press the little connect button on the controller and on the front of the 360. On the controller it's to the right of LB and on the console it's the small round button on the front. They both have the same icon on them.

what wydro said but hold down the button on the controller so the light swirls round, itl soon find the 360.

Put your xbox 360 on using the guide button on the wireless controller as that way that controller will be recognised as player one.
