So I have now had my GTX 780 replaced with (after a long time of diagnostic) a faulty Zotac GTX 780ti. System wont even boot with the card plugged in anymore.

OCUK have issued an RMA 2 weeks ago but I wanted to take some more time to confirm that it is in fact the card that is the issue.

They have told me that I have to post the card back however, I paid for the postage on the first faulty unit with no reimbursement (not to mention the hassle I have been through diagnosing and swapping out parts). I fail to think why I should have to pay for postage on a second faulty card when I am the one at great inconvenience!

There is no way I will be waiting up to 28 days for them to return this card to the manufacturer, this has caused me enough hassle.

Did the card boot up at all?

Are you running the latest BIOS.

But, place a note in the customer service section and someone will assist.

yes it booted for a month or so but always had random crashes in photoshop 3ds and counterstrike. seems totally knackered now tho

post in the customer service forum section, im sure bailey or another member of staff will be able to sort a collection for you on the card.

^ Indeed

Also post a copy of your return invoice and get that refund, they don't offer you unless you bring it up.

I got my delivery refunded when I returned my 970, as others said post in the customer service section.

one way of ruling out the card being faulty is to try another and if it works then you know its the card.
