I started overclocking for the first time a few weeks ago with some success and after getting to 3.7ghz which is good and stable i cant even get the system to post with even 1 FSB higher even with much higher voltages.
The consensus from here and other forums is that my mobo and ram kinda suck for OC'ing so i'm thinking of upgrading them both. I'm on a bit of a budget though (£100 - 120) so i figure buying 2nd hand would be the best bet.
I'm just looking for some recommendations of which specific motherboard and ram to get. I notice a lot of people have the Asus P5Q but there seems to be quite a few variations of it.
Any advice is appreciated.
