2nd nic stopped workig with new Draytek router

Hi

I have a web filtering gateway server with 2 network cards in. One card goes to my router and the other goes to my LAN. This system was working fine with my Netgear router.

I have now changed to a Draytek 2820n router and the problem is that the second nic going to my LAN now just shows a red light.

I have tried a different card and a different 2820 router and get the same problem.

Is there a setting in the Draytek which could cause this?
 
Most likely speed and duplex - can you hard code it to 100/Full rather than letting autonegotiation set it?
