Simple question.

Does OcUK cover the postage and other associated costs when having to RMA the same product in the space of a week?
 
Current testing time is 3-5 days, they responded in a day and said it was faulty. It wouldn't post.

They send a brand new replacement out, exactly the same problem.

A. OcUK lied, didn't even test the motherboard, sent out a new replacement regardless, the CPU is actually broken and the motherboard was never at fault in the first place.

B. I have been extremely unlucky and OcUK received a bad batch of motherboards, in which case I have to spend more money by paying for postage AGAIN.

I RMA'd my motherboard a few days ago.

I had to pay £9.25 for postage and i asked if i would be reimbursed. OCuK said they could reimburse up to £8.25. Not sure if they would go higher or not. Best ask in customer services.

Somehow I think you're talking utter s***.

I grounded myself, no possible way I could have broken the motherboard.

Unless it decided to go for a walk while I was out of the room.
