2nd Set Recovery Media HP Desktop?

I need to make a second set of recovery media (this time on a USB drive) but the HP win7 desktop won't let me.

I have read all I can find on the net and none of the files I'm supposed to rename/remove are there

PC is a HP p6-2060uk running Win7 home premium
