2nd Unifi AP issues

Guys (and indeed Girls),

When using a single unifi AP everything is great but when I plug my 2nd in I start getting "issues" on, particularly, IOS devices. It's like it's bouncing between AP's and running the OFCOM WI-FI checker it doesn't complete due to no network connection.

I can have either a AP-AC-LR or AP-AC-Pro on - both when individually switch on are fine (obviously with a coverage issue the further away I get - located at either side of the house).

I've left all the configuration as Auto, both are sharing the same SSID's and interestingly the same channels on 5GHz, 2.4GHz have different channels and I mostly use 2.4GHz on IOS devices.

Any pointers / hints / tips would be greatly be appreciated!

Change the AP's to be on different 5ghz channels.

I have 3 unifi AP's and have not seen this problem on ios.

I had this and sorted it by putting the two APs manually on different non-overlapping 2G channels (1 and 6) and 5G (channels 36 and 48)

Make sure wireless uplink isn't switched on in the site menu. I've had some weird problems with that lately. Make sure you're running 5.4.11 as well.
