2nd xbox one setup help

I've had my xbox since day one and the drive is now full to the top and as i wanted a elite controller i decided to just get the elite console and give the original xbox to my daughters

now this where I'm stuck

so couple of questions

1.is there a easy way to transfer all my stuff from one to the other?.
2.if i make my new console the primary home console will my daughters be able to use whats on my old xbox.
3.if they make a new account will they also need to purchase xbox live gold.
4.basically whats the easiest way to change over lol.

If you keep the old xbox as your home xbox you wont need a separate live subscription and your daughters can still play all the games and you can also still access all your games and live on your new console.

Not sure about best way to transfer - maybe a usb stick or an external hard drive?

I be doing the same tomorrow but I be moving my current XBO upstairs and keeping the Elite in my living room but all my games are stored on my external HDD. So transferring them off the external to the internel SHDD hopefully wont be too slow.
