Should I be running 1 or 2T? Memory is Geil value 2GB 3200 dual channel kit, with standard timings.

1T is better, but you willl not notice the difference. Maybe a slightly lower score is say 3dmark, but really not much of a difference. If you are running 4 sticks it will automatically run in 2T.

Ok...

Well was just wondering, because my system keeps crashing since I installed the Geil ram.

I think it must be faulty, so I'm going to get it replaced.

1T gives big gains in benchmarks but can really cause stability problems is Your system is on the edge

If it's the Geil ddr2 stuff...I was not that impressed with it but I doubt it's faulty increasing the memory can just take a system over the stability edge..

try running 2T and see if you still get stability, maybe put the Vdimm up by 0.1?

It should be capable of 1T, bump the vdimm as previously suggested
