2x 120mm fans on GPU: one as push and one as pull?

Hi guys,

So on my RXVega 56 I have two 120mm Noctua fans stuck on top, both pushing air into the heatsink.

My question is, since I have NZXT H1, can I turn one fan around to pull air out of the heatsink and dump it outside the case?

I have a Sapphire Pulse so one side of the heatsink is straight through.

Reason I ask rather than just test is because it's a bit of a pain to setup with all the zip ties. So wanted to ask whether it's even worth trying.
