2x 290x minimum psu

I benched 2 overclocked 7970 Matrix Platinums @ 1.35v with a 3930K overclocked to 4.66GHz on my AX860, it handled it with ease.
I now have a GTX690 and it's more than enough for that.

You'll be fine, it's an outstanding PSU IMO.
