Ok need 2 build specs for two people

One requires it for normal internet, some games and sony vegas

Other requires it for normal internet, coding, GTA SA, Minecraft.

Any recommended builds for each

If it's coding not really anything intensive for around the same Money you can get the Sandybridge Pentiums that benchmarks better than the X3 455 meanwhile using less power, 9800GT is a little overkill for just coding if there's no games/Video editing involved.

I think they want to play stuff. Else a i3-2100 should fit the bill. Or a Pentium G840 as you say.

This should be better compared to an i3 build because of the inbuilt graphics, its also a quad core, get 2 of these, great for coding/playing games and for the internet.
