Can anyone tell me why

1k core on both cards

but when i select 1100 memory i can notice ever so slightly corruption in crysis warhead but thats the only game that i can see it in

but when i select 1150 on both cards

there is no corruption at all to be found in crysis :o

so why would a less overclock on the memory be slightly wonky and a higher core on the memory be stable ?

Because Crysis is a load of rubbish? ;)

Are you sure it's just Crysis, have you tried Vantage? Ati Tool? Furmark?

Yes i have tryed vantage also furmark only tests cores its not that memory intensive.
and i have been playing 20 minutes on crysis tonight and tested both clocks at the same location and the 1150 memory clocks have no corruption but after 15 minutes the 1100 clock gets little graphical tairs lol

i have no idea why a higher clock is more stable than a lower clock on my cards memory

in turn mind boggle lol

I also tested Call Of Juarez II wich is a real memory intensive game as i notice corruption quite easy in that game, but again nothing lol

25 minutes on Crysis W-Head.

Temps seem good, Fan Profile seems good, now all i need to do is add the 1150memory to my edited bios for both cards.

Did a little rerun of Biohazard 5 demo benchmark and everything is still uber high apart from area 3, dam i sure hope they fix that.

as for my main question it still stands, why is a higher memory clock stable where as a lower memory clock is unstable ?

It is certainly not normal, but it just may be what one of the cards memory prefers, that higher clock speed. I wouldn't worry too much about it, if it's stable at 1150, it's stable.
