2x Monitors with 7850?

I have HD 7850 2GB TWIN FROZR III and 2 monitors, both have D-SUB and DVI-D(Female on both).

I have:
1x Cable for D-SUB which goes into
1x D-SUB to DVI (Came with card)

These are spare cables/stuff
1x Mini DP TO DP CABLE ADAPTER
1x DVI to HDMI
