2x16gb RAM that can be tweaked to run at 3200 CL14 and/or 3600 CL16 (3700X & MSI B450)

Hi. I'm building a system (Ryzen 3700x & MSI B450 Gaming Carbon AC board) and I'm looking for recommendations for 2x16gb RAM kit. I've spent weeks researching this, but all the information is starting to contradict itself and is overwhelming me. Not looking to chase performance at any expense, just good value for money RAM that I can run at 3200 CL14 and/or 3600 CL16 without crazy voltages. Don't know whether BLS2K16G4D32AESB would fit the bill.

I did do that as part of my initial research, but:

1. Motherboard QVL is not an exhaustive list of all RAM modules, e.g. Buildzoid video in October shows that BLS8G4D30AESBK (2x8gb kit) running all the way up to 4400 CL18 despite not showing up in the motherboard's QVL.
2. More importantly motherboard QVL does not show which ram modules can be run with tighter timings.

Furthermore, Buildzoid demonstrated that MSI's B450 daisy-chain RAM topology makes it hard to run 4 sticks with tight timings/speed. I'm already maxing out on 2x8gb on my old rig which is why I'm looking for 2x16gb kit. Given that Samsung B-die commands a large premium, wanted to see if anyone has been succesful in running BLS2K16G4D32AESB 2x16gb kit (Micron revision E) at 3200 CL14 and/or 3600 CL16 on a MSI B450 board.

I have 3700X with B450 Tomahawk Max , running the 2 x 16Gb Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 3200Mhz Ryzen Tuned Kit. Runs perfectly on default A-XMP settings. I have no desire to tweak the RAM and it seems to do the job for the £108 i paid for them at the time.

Thanks, if it's CMW32GX4M2Z3200C16 then they are on my radar. Today though they are priced at £150. So I'm looking to see which similarly priced kits are unnofficially able to run with tighter timings and/or faster speeds (I'm not sure if the Spectek Z11B chips your RAM uses can be tweaked at all). Thanks for the recommendation.
