2x2 HDMI switch box?

what im trying to do is find a HDMI switch box so i can play video games on a bigger screen without having to move cables around.

Ideally id like to be able to feed to my main monitor and move it to a tv and not have the picture playing on both screens at once i would also prefer if i didn't have to turn on screen off just because i have the same feed on both monitors.but i can't find one that would do exactly that, i also need the other input for a console.

any and all advice is appreciated and welcomed, thank you.
 
Does your mointor and tv have both dvi and hdmi?

I've got an idea but I've never tried it and don't know if it works. Here it is:
2x 1 in - 2 out HDMI splitters
2x hdmi to dvi adaptor

You would be able to switch between dvi and hdmi on your monitor/tv by having both sources connected.

Unhinged? Insane? Crazy?

sadly neither have dvi just both have hdmi and vga and that slot on my gpu is taken ;_;

You could just use ultramon (right click shortcut, propertys, ultramon-display, tick use custom settings, and set the TV to primary and tick restore original display when application exits) to force specific games onto the TV.
That is what I do.
If you have 2 GPU HDMI's that is....if not just use a simple DVI to HDMI adapter for one.

In regards to needing inputs on the TV (guessing HDMI) that can be sorted with a HDMI switcher box you can get for like £3.00 on ebay
