6 pin adaptors come with 2x molex plus, do you have to plug 2x molex connections in from the PSU?, or is there a molex for PSU and one spare to be used for other devices?. I have a 6 pin cable and im not sure wheather you plug in two molex from the PSU or Just one molex from PSU and another as a spare for other devices to connect to to be powered. Much appreciated.

You need to plug in two molexes, though there's nothing stopping you plugging a splitter into a molex, then both outputs from the splitter into the PCI-E power adapter. Not pretty but it'll work.

id assume if they are both the same connection header, then they would both be input, if they are different, then its a throughput cable, 1 in, 1 out

Yellow brown and black cables going from both molex into the 6 pin connection it seems that these all go into one pin on the 6 pin header, so i guess i must need to molex.

You need two molex on different leads from the PSU to get to the 75W.
