O.k I want to move to the next step up, I'm currently running 333X9=3.0GHZ and 1000MHz on my ram. Plus I want to get my ram back down to 800MHZ.
Would 400X8 be the most sensible option, if so what should I run my Vcore at? 1.4V?

Can u actually change the multi??? I would change your mem divider so you can still run with a high FSB. As for v core, see waht your max overclock is and once you hit a wall raise your v core a little and respeat the process.

To get to 3.2GHz, will depend on CPU and/or FSB capabilities.....356x9 is how I have mine to get to 3.2GHz, but 400x8 is perhaps ideal as this will have your RAM slap on the 800MHz :D .....but, your motherboard may simply not let you get to 400FSB

As has been said time and time before, you gotta just fiddle around trialing settings, as 1 setup to another (even seemingly identical kit !) does not equate to same results when OC'ing......

Why dont you look at the P5B-Delux official thread for overclocking? Will give you loads of hints and tips.

As for me, I am running at 3.4GHz but my mobo will not handle a higher FSB and post.

Think I will go for a Asus IP35 next, drop the multi and try and hit 3.4Ghz with +400Mhz FSB :)

Oh, and I will lap the CPU as its domed like hell and not getting the best from my water cooling setup :(

O.k can you guys check this out please.
I'm now running 355X9 @ 3.2GHZ with memory volts of 2.15V divider 1:1, seem to have it running stable, are these volts o.k for OCZ gold PC6400?
Also here are my ram speeds, becourse my divider is @1:1 I'm only running 355MHZ. Does this mean my ram is running slower than a factory standard 400MHZ?
