I've been having this problem with the computer for a lengthy amount of time now, the +3.3V keeps dropping below the 15% threshold (raised from 10%). At first I took the connectors from the fans off and that seemed to do the trick. But even now with the fans detached, it's still dropping everytime I open a program, sometimes causing the computer to crash and restart itself. I have 4x256MB RAM, could the fact that 4 sticks are being used cause the problem. Also, I have a generic PSU (I know, I know). Hopefully gonna dump this whole computer soon and start building 'a fresh' with quality parts.
