Hi All,

Just looking for some advice on how to keep some 3.5mm extension cables in place on my desk.

This is how they currently look and are stuck down with blu-tac.

I unplug and plug cables in quite frequently, so they can become loose. I use these so I can switch between my speakers or head phones. So 1st cable goes to PS4, 2nd to XBOne, 3rd to Mic on PC, 4th to Audio out on PC. This mainly lets me choose to have speakers for the consoles or the PC without having to get under the desk to move cables around etc, the position I have them on the desk works great so just want something that's more sturdier.

So has any got any advice or can recommend some kind of holder for these types of cables?

Thanks

Hi

Kind of half an answer.

I typed in "cable holder" @ the bay and got a host of different options ofc it's down to if any are quite what you are looking for.

But might be a starting point

Edit * not sure I'm allowed to link to there direct but just to say although some of the options on there are a bit rubbish looking I went through a few pages and some of them look pretty perfect for what you want def worth a browse

hmm, why didn't I think of that?! I had tried searching for 3.5mm cable holder but didn't find anything! i'll try the more generic approach and see if anything takes my fancy, thanks.

better off using an av switchbox i'd have thought?
Don't want anything bulky or that takes up more space than these already do.

how about something like this - http://www.carbuildersolutions.com/uk/aluminiun-4-way-cable-or-hose-separator-gunmetal - stuck to the desk, looks like the ends of your cables would fit perfectly.
Like the look of this, but not quite sure they will fit as the cables are 9mm wide whereas this item is for cables that are 8mm wide but it still could work and keep them neat, might go for that, thanks.
