3.5mm Stereo Extension Lead

Hey,

I'm looking to get a couple of these so I can easily change between my speakers and my headphones on my X-fi. (Can extend the port basically, so will not have to fumble round the back of the PC to switch cables all the time)

My main query was - will they reduce the sound quality at all?
