3.5mm switch

I use my main speakers for both my xbox and PC, they connect to em by a 3.5mm plug. I'm looking for something to switch between the two (or combine them), so I don't have to mess around under the desk every time i want to play on the xbox, but don't know what they're called or where i can find one! The speaker has a male 3.5mm jack on it that i plug into a headphones socket on the pc or xbox. Thanks for any help

or if the pc is on all the time, just connect the xbox to the line-in on your soundcard?

Thing is that it's not always on, if I want to watch a film i stick it in the xbox and shut the pc off, since the xbox is a lot quieter. I might get a phono/rca switcher, the xbox actually connects by phono cables, it's got an adapter on it, so I'd just need to buy 1 extra adaptor to convert the PC from 3.5mm to phono. I've just got to decide whether it's worth £10 for a switcher...
