3.5mm to 6.3mm (1/4") Converters/Adapters

Where does one purchase such a device? Ive searched high and low for one of these little things but can find nowhere to buy one. Help appreciated.

Grado sell them, good quality ones too (have one) About £15.

Thats a 6.3mm to 3.5mm. Im looking for one that goes the oter way round. As in, has female 6.3mm one end and male 3.5mm the other. Cheers anyway.
