3.5mm to Phone cable

Anyone know where I can get a cable that has 3x 3.5mm jacks to 6x phono plugs?

Need to connect my new X-Fi sound card to my surround amp.

Something a bit like this:

That one has 8 phono plugs, 6 or 8 makes no difference to me.

Choices are that cable, or buying 3x minijack to twin phono cables I think. Don't think there is a combined one other than the creative.

I've not found anywhere to buy that one & I thought somewhere would sell an equivalent. Oh well, the quest continues.
