3 day split training plan

Hi, are there any preferable 3 day splits for weight training? Anyone would like to share their ones?

I'm looking at training on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays.
 
Okay I could try it to see if it works. I've looked through the previous threads and there are various routines that are used. Can you recommend me one for days that I want to train on?
