Hi guys need advice , is it posible to connect 3 graphics cards to a distro plate

Possible? Probably
Most things are possible though not necessarily a good idea lol
Going to look good might be another matter
As usually distros have the inlet and outlet set at a position
To line up with where a single gpu would be
to allow a nice straight tubing run
As Not many people use multiple gpus nowadays
you may need a few inventive bends to do it

If you're content with defeating the point of a distro plate and use offset fittings or weirdly bent tubes to connect your SLI terminal block then yes.

It is possible if your plate has enough holes.

But, it probably will look better if you join up all the all the GPUs (in parallel) and then connect the plate to one only - this way also uses less tubing.
