Seen that a lot of cases these days house the hard drives in the bottom bay, but was wondering if it is safe to mount 3 of them in there, as would the heat from all 3 of them not reduce the life expectancy of them?, I know most of the drives come with a 5 year warranty but still?..thinking about mountign 3 of them in the bottom of the COolemaster Ammo cas,e one thing about the case I don't like is the hard drive cooling, as the frotn fans airflow is kinda blocked by the HD cage..so would it be safe mounting three hard drives in the cage, or just leaving the middle slot free and mounting a hard drive in the 5 1/4 bay.., I have a HD cooler to mount it in but this would mean more noise...

HDD rack...

As you can see middle slot is left free, but want to put a HD in there.., both them hard drives are at 29C would the temps rise much if I put a third HD in there, don't want them ot go over 35 degrees...

Heres an idea, try it?
Should be fine, I run a HD with no cooling and it is 34c atm, the other two with a fan cooling them are at 28c.

Temps up to 45c are generally fine for HDs

Don't have the case yet, hmm 45 Degress in my old Jeantech case with no HD cooling there were always at 45 Degrees...
