3 mobile sgs2

i bought my galaxy sgs2 on sat on 3 all you can eat data etc i was originally with o2 but went to 3 as they had the sgs2 instock but i find the internet 3g abit slow and patchy sumtimes how does it compare to o2 3g i thought 3 were supposed to be similar? Also they said i have a 14day refund but are there any catches with that it says in the terms and conditions the phone wont be accepted back if a sims been put in it how does that work seems strange.

Three should be faster for 3G coverage, O2 are generally quite poor. It depends entirely on your signal though.

orite well i find the signal in the same place never stays consistant and if i drop 3g coverage onto 2g internet its non existant

If its been used to make a call, send a text take a picture etc they wont accept it back it's in the T and C's. It's got to be as sold without being powered up apparently, sucks I know
