3 Monitors through one GPU

Is it possible to get a graphics card that supports three monitors for under £100. Needs to be single slot so it can fit an ITX case. How would this work?

do i need any type of adaptor for the third monitor, head something on another forum?

either an active (usb powered) displayport to dvi/hdmi adapter (if you look you can find some for around 30 quid)

or a passive displayport to vga adapter (cheaper option around a tenner)

Can go above 1900x1200 i believe? Correct me if i am wrong, sometimes eyefinity is funny about passive dp to dvi adaptors.

thinking of getting the 5670 xfx from ocuk with displayport, then getting the ocuk displayport to dvi adaptor, would this work?

what makes the active one better?

Nothing is better about the active adaptor but u need it to be active in order to convert DP->DVI. Get a DP->VGA adapter for about £12 instead.
