Anyone in the redditch area here?

Ive had No access to network all day,not even half a bar of signal.

Phoned up 3 but they said it could be 2days to fix :/

If you have this problem in the area,is it sorted now for you?

Not the most helpful solution, but one that will help solve you're signal woes...leave 3. I did, and haven't been happier. The sooner you leave the better off you will be. Incompetent customer services, and appalling signal coverage regardless of where ever you go. I didn't get any coverage in the middle of London, or down in Cornwall, or where I live, or up in Scotland, or anywhere in between, regardless of the phone I used.

Simples :D

I move between Bristol and Essex now I'm at uni, and I rarely have signal woes except for deep in buildings, where the 3G just disappears. 3 customer services I haven't had a prob with unless they call you, which, like a lot of places, is outsourced call centres.

When was this? A few years or so I'd have agreed, but now that they share networks with T Mobile, they have the best 3G coverage (Ofcom agrees)

FWIW, I lived in London for three years even when signal was generally awful and had full signal almost all of the time.

Customer service is indeed pretty poor, but I've had bad experiences with Orange and O2 too, so I'm not really convinced that it's any worse than the competition.
