3 Red Rings :(

Well, my 2007 360 has given up, and got the dreaded three red rings.

I've tried hitting it, punching it and slapping it - all to no avail.

Anything else I can do, or should I just hunt for another?
 
Yeah 3 years for RROD so check you when you bought it.

Or....if it is out of warranty and you're feeling super lucky, ring them up and tell them your xbox broke. My mate did that when his was a year out and they sent him a brand new one free of charge for being a loyal customer :o

I gave them a call, said it was my third 360 that's broken, and they didn't even mention the date (it's 3 years and 2 months old) - replacement order has gone through!
Only issue is, due to my location, UPS can't deliver here, so they're trying to find another way!

i got this last week as well i was gutted cause of the eastre weekend boredom.

Mine is the 2nd one i have had but apparently the warranty got extended for another 2 years after i got the replacement which wasn't to bad.
